Why SpaceX is important in near future?

Space Exploration Technology Corp., also known as SpaceX, founded by Elon Musk in 2002. The company’s main goals are reducing the cost of space travel, make Mars living able and satellites development. Here is the complete explanation about SpaceX.

1. Technology achievement:

SpaceX’s greatest achievement is Reusable rockets. The Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy rockets achieved many successful landings and also reduce cost. Falcon 9 become the most successful rocket and its ability to land on drone ship and landing pads. Falcon Heavy is a heavy lift rocket. In 2023, it achieved title of most powerful operational rocket.

The SpaceX’s Starship program is a fully reusable spacecraft design to travel across different plants including Mars and Moon.

SpaceX’s Dragon Capsules mainly made for carrying cargo and crew to the international space station. This crew dragon is under NASA’s crew program that ended Russian cargo spacecraft for American Astronauts.

SpaceX’s Starlink aim to provide high speed internet especially in urban regions where internet not work.  Starlink face a commercial success with massive subscriber base.

2. Economic Impact:

SpaceX also want to reduce the cost per kilogram of launching payloads. SpaceX now become a partner of NASA, also handle ISS (international space station) that save NASA billions of dollar over traditional contractors.

SpaceX revived public interest in space and capturing imaginations with high events such as Falcon Heavy 2018 test flight that inspired the public. SpaceX goal making humans living n multi planets. It is a vision to those concerned about Earth.

4. Challenges and Criticisms:

SpaceX faces criticism about the environmental impact of its operations in rocket launches to carbon emissions and ozone depletion. The starship testing is Texas drawn impact on local environment. Workers intensive work made trouble in labor rules. The company work on Elon Musk’s moto “work hard, work fast”, that lead to more stress in employees.

5. Future goals:

SpaceX’s dreamed about to make Mars colonization, while the current technology is not much advance to make it true but as Elon musk, he can do it. Its upcoming Artemis program lunar lander that based on starship, its role is to travel humans to moon easily.

Overall, SpaceX stand in a modern space industry due to its achievements but has to face many challenges. Without these company cannot show world its full potential. In my opinion to Mars colonization is a good thing because the world in future is not safe for humans, because of nuclear bombs in the world. Only Russia have 6000+ nuclear bombs that is enough to destroy the world.
